I am a former Bath Rugby Strength and Conditioning Coach and current Educator Manager for Eleiko UK. I have been interested in health and fitness all my life, and have been teaching CrossFit over the last severn years as my profession. My ‘why’ is to give others the chance of doing something they couldn’t do, through the physical capabilities of their body. Either teaching a new bodyweight skill, a new weightlifting movement or helping someone coming back from injury.
