I currently work in an Estates Property Manager role with FirstPort Property Services. In this role I work in both residential estate and block management. My role responsibilities include setting development budgets, reviewing end of year accounts, conducting on site property inspections, producing inspection reports, managing contractors for reactive and planned works, communicating with customers and clients on the management of their developments and ensuring that high standards of health and safety are adhered to in developments.I previously worked for JD Wetherspoon for nine years, eight of those had been spent running kitchens for the company. I managed four kitchens in my time spent with the company, each of which have seen positive sales growth whilst maintaining high standards of operation. I had a wide range of responsibilities in this job role that have included recruitment, training, people management, sales building, forecasting and reviewing monthly profit and loss accounts to identify areas of the business that can be improved upon.
