As an intern at Wood, I've gained an insight into a global engineering firm. I've been a part of a variety of projects pertaining to mechanical and electrical engineering problems.Including building and implementing an inspection solution for electrical equipment in hazardous areas.

Woolworths was my first job and I still have a soft spot for them. Here I learned about teamwork and improved my communication skills. I built and maintained relationships with customers and staff from all walks of life.Working at woolies gave me an appreciation of the massive logistical balancing act that goes on behind the scenes to give us our fresh veggies and daily baked bread.

Developed an application programming interface between two industry-standard requirements management and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools. In doing so became proficient in a variety of programming languages including; Python, Javascript, and Java.My time at Nova allowed me an insight into and appreciation of the Australian Defence Industry and an understanding of the MBSE approach.
