Rated ‘excellent’ by our employers through the ESFA independent survey, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional education to the apprentices we teach!As a Recruitment Associate my job role includes:- Leading LearnTech's apprenticeship recruitment provision.- Coordinating with our Employer Engagement, Enrolment and Onboarding, and Operations Teams to ensure apprentices are placed to meet deadlines for enrolment to upcoming cohorts.- Actively engaging with employers to understand their needs and culture.- Screening applicants for eligibility and subject specialism in order to meet funding criteria for the proposed apprenticeship.- Providing information, advice and guidance to employers regarding apprenticeships, funding rules and general legislation.- Reviewing job specifications and converting them in to adverts for posting.- Providing honest information, guidance and career advice to apprentices.- Conducting interviews with employers and applicants, and arranging interviews between employer and candidates.- Keeping in contact with employers to maintain relationships and to provide apprenticeship advice and updates on recruitment process.- Ensuring required compliance information and documents are requested and received from employers and candidates once successful candidates are selected, and that all documentation and information is processed and ready for the Quality Assurance and Enrolment teams.Previous employment includes Marketing Executive and Senior Journalist. Skilled in Editing, Relationship Building, Writing and Storytelling.
