The travel industry has always been a driving passion of mine from studying Tourism at university, to taking advantage of every opportunity I was given to see the world with employers such as Carnival Cruise Lines, TUI and Dnata. I have been so lucky to see some amazing places and look forward to discovering so many more.I have recently moved to Manchester and I have worked in several different roles within the travel industry throughout my career majority being customer facing giving me the opportunity to gain strong customer service skills and attributes. I have vast experience throughout my career of working on my own but also as part of a team and enjoying both situations. I have a proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritise, problem solve and maintain high standards in any role in which I have been placed, which include team member roles through to Management positions.Just before the pandemic hit, I returned to the UK embracing full time office based roles within call centre environments, business and product roles, I have found my niche within these types of positions however, I am looking for a more active role which has led me to look for a new adventure, a more rewarding career and my next challenge.
