Performance Coach, TBL Coaching 2021-Present Through workshops, 90 day programs, and monthly coaching, I have led teams and individuals through my Anchored and Armored program, leadership development, personalized fitness/nutrition programs and personal mentorship. I majored in Human, Nutrition, Food and Exercise at Virginia Tech. I have been in high level training programs having played football at Virginia Tech and being drafted to the LA Rams. I also have certifications in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition and Strength Coaching. I run 5am and 6am HIIT classes, a strength training program, a college prep program for aspiring college football players, and a high school prep program for aspiring high school athletes. The mission of EZDAY is to build a community of people who go beyond themselves to encourage others.
