As Sr. Director of Solution Strategy and Partnerships, I am responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with VentureEd's product vision, to include internal and external integrations through partnership. I will bridge the gap between our company's Product Management in the US /UK, market and school administrators across the globe. In this role, I strive to represent the voice of our schools in product and development discussions, and to develop, maintain, and foster relationships with product integration partners.

As Director of Solution Strategy, I lead a team that consults with schools throughout their software evaluation process. After identifying each school’s ideal environment and current pain points, we guide administrators to integrated solutions that best fulfill their school’s mission.Additionally, I collaborate with departments across Community Brands to guide product and marketing strategies to grow our suite with the lived experience of K12 students, parents, teachers, staff, and alums.

I transitioned the school from Blackbaud's Education Edge to the inResonance database platform, and provide ongoing training for all staff and faculty in the use of new database products, and develop new customizations for our Filemaker-based systems. I regularly train and work with nearly every department on campus, and respond to support requests from staff, faculty, and parents.Databases I've implemented include student, family, and applicant records for health, admissions, registrar, report cards, and more. I also transitioned our organization to paperless report cards, paperless re-enrollment and new enrollment, and added the Family Access Module, allowing current families to update their own contact information and access a paperless version of the directory; this will save hundreds of thousands of sheets of paper in the first academic year alone. Finally, the technology department and I have integrated our new database system with other systems across campus to allow for a more seamless flow of information from our family records to non-Filemaker based products.The entire IT team at GCDS responds to almost any tech-related support request, regardless of our individual titles, so I also perform technical support for Smart Board devices, Mac and PC desktops and laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, iPhones & Android devices, and software related issues on any platform for faculty, staff, students, and families.
