• Monitor and ensure IT tickets are resolved in a timely manner. • Complete IT tickets when able to for issues including but not limited to hardware failure, hardware replacement, printer issues, software troubleshooting, and software education in programs such as Microsoft Office products. • Created and maintain asset tracking system including but not limited to laptops, iPads, monitors, and peripherals. • Created reports detailing IT purchases, laptop refresh cycles, and detailed inventory reports using programs such as Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. • Monitor and purchase inventories for all offices and jobsites in both Oahu and Kauai. • Research and provide IT solutions to various needs of the company by contacting new vendors and maintain current relations with current account managers.• Provide monthly executive summaries of current IT challenges, propose new ideas/solutions, and tackle executive IT concerns within company. • Co-manage company IT ecosystem to ensure all users have proper access to Microsoft licenses, groups, files, and all 3rd party software permissions/licenses. • Work with ISPs to setup, decommission, and ensure needed construction is conducted for jobsites.
