Hi, my name is Sam, and I’m a third year majoring in software engineering at RIT. I have a passion for computer vision and a strong background in programming with Java and Python. I spent the start of my summer completing AT&T’s Technology Academy course. The course allowed me to get a refresher on REST APIs, agile methodologies, and an introduction to machine learning. After I completed the course, I looked more into machine learning. Specifically deep learning, and learned how to train pre-trained models to identify things using FastAI.My projects, including Direct UML and Richie Bus Schedule, showcase my ability to develop innovative software solutions and collaborate effectively with teams.
