At Waterstons, I am a Security Operations Center Analyst, where I monitor and respond to security incidents across the network, using tools such as AlienVault, CrowdStrike, DarkTrace, Nessus, and Microsoft Defender. I also provide IT security consulting services to clients, helping them identify and mitigate risks, and implement best practices and policies. Before joining Waterstons in May 2021, I was a Senior IT Support Engineer at Capita, where I managed and resolved complex technical issues, and supported the delivery of IT projects and services. With over sixteen years of experience in IT support and security, I have developed skills in security monitoring, network security, security incident response, troubleshooting, and customer service. I am passionate about protecting data and systems from cyber threats, and enhancing the security posture and performance of organizations. I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams.
