Responsible for:- Commissioning and delivery of new products and processes to our Contract Electronics Manufactures (CEMs).- Data analysis to predict and solve production issues and/or prevent production stops.- Engineering Change, Process, Quality Controls, and driving continuous improvement exercises.- Creation of Production and Rework specifications.- Leading internal and external 8D Quality investigations.- Creation and review of SOPs and Work Instructions.- External and Internal auditing.- Cross functional collaboration across multiple departments and external contractors to develop and launch streamlined systems for Asset Management, Equipment Maintenance and Calibration and production optimisation.- Cultivating strong relationships with suppliers and CEMs.- Continuous review and improvement activities to reduce manufacturing time and costs to the business. - Managing operational and administrative activities.- Diary management, setup and delivery of maintenance plans for equipment & scheduling of service engineers when required and onsite factory visits.
