Senior Regional Project Manager, Senior Delivery Manager
CurrentResponsibilities1. Service Delivery – Gatekeeper, SPOC, accountable for end-to-end deliverables to APAC customers, from development, production inventory, integration, testing and support services. Maintain compliance, work package and contract documentation2. Project Management – Manage project charter, budget, scope, resource, baseline and legal-contracts with System Integrators. Implement FastTrack and Crashing strategies during project drift3. Change Management – Validate new request, conduct impact-analysis, manage escalation process and close Change Requests. Ensure approved changes are incorporated into revised baseline and update project documentation4. Risk Management - Maintain risk register, conduct qualitative risk analysis, plan risk response, triggered early preventative action for mitigation and Plan of Attack5. Issue Management – Analyze customers’ Service Request, plan Issue Response, raise support services through Incident Ticketing System, monitor resolution progress and ensure minimum impact on project success6. Performance Review and Reporting – Define success metrics, performance KPIs, generate Dashboards and conduct monthly progress reviews to management in Paris7. Stakeholder and Conflict Management – Engage at middle & VP-level, influence customers’ requirement, identify key issues and balance conflicting interests. Foster trust via open, honest and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Establish a trusted-advisor-relationship with clients8. Solution Consulting – Translate complex business requirement into solution specifics. Cross-functional coordination with R&D, Business, Operations, Bid teams to generate proposals, RFP response and data analytics reports for customers9. Customer Success – Identify touch-points, maintain direct and consistent contact, drive frontline actions such as Deliver-what-you-promise, promptly-fix-what-goes-wrong and spearhead new business opportunities in key accounts
