I started Sanderson Fitness in Feb 2010, a company delivering sports coaching, personal training, sports nutrition, corporate team building and athlete management services

Responsible for structuring a pathway in Scotland capable of creating a sustainable pipeline of athletes for the future. (Grass roots/beginner-Performance/Olympic) Lead coach for all implemented squads within the Scottish pathway (Scottish Junior Development Squad, Scottish Youth Development Squad, Scottish Performance Squad). As lead coach the role is also to manage individual athletes, structure individual training plans and deliver sessions working towards targets and goals. Working with and managing other coaches to help deliver training and competitions across Scotland. Working in connection with performance staff in Sport Scotland to ensure the progression of home grown athletes in Scotland is sustainable by creating the relevant support structure which will help create a pipeline of athletes eligible for British programmes.
