Since leaving Southampton University I have been employed by Blue Diamond.I have worked my way through various departments learning vital skills on the way.Following 14 years leading the Sales Administration Team, I am now the Operations Manager at TSS Southampton where I am responsible for the Warehousing, Logistics, Sales and Purchasing Teams.Other activities include the Business Information Management for the site, actioned through the use of Qlikview and Microsoft Excel.I believe strongly in finding efficiency improvements through the best use of IT and process/procedure development.
