This position is essential in fostering collaborative relationships, ensuring effective communication within the team, and engaging in operational discussions to improve the efficiency and strategic alignment of clinic workflows.- Facilitate outgoing patient referrals for consultations, procedures, and scans. Collaborate with provider offices and facilities to coordinate and process outgoing patient referrals. Exercise independent judgment to address referral-related challenges and optimize patient care. Help initiate and process prior authorization requests for scans and procedures, as needed.- Strengthen partnerships with our healthcare network. Actively engage in communication and collaboration with external healthcare partners for seamless referral processes. Participate in meetings and events to foster strong relationship within the healthcare network.- Participate in clinic-related projects. Contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of clinic-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Apply independent judgment to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.- Engage in operational discussions to identify opportunities for improving clinic workflows.
