As the founder of 3DA, a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities, I am driven by a deep passion inspired by my experiences working in day programs and group homes. These roles highlighted the critical need for better support and advocacy, leading to the creation of 3DA.In addition to my work with 3DA, I serve as a Board Member for Customized Options Nonprofit, further contributing to initiatives that enhance the lives of those with developmental disabilities.Originally from Hastings, MN, I pursued higher education at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Criminology in December 2020. During my time at UMD, I was actively involved in the UMD Student Association, the student body government. This experience honed my skills in leadership, coordination, and communication through organizing and chairing meetings with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and administrators.
