Source and purchase supplies for both interior & exterior landscaping projects. Maintainance of schedules on technician's PDAs to ensure all jobs are covered and staff are aware of daily work requiremments. I give comprehensive operational administration support across all areas of the business with regard to key contracts, queries from field operatives, stock & uniform ordering any anything else that may be required to assist opeartions staff & managers to carry out their functions efficiently.

My role at Credowan was varied and interesting. my function involved database management with particular reference to Routings, Bills of Material and Parts Masters, shop floor liaison regarding current and proposed manufacturing processes & creation & distribution of shop floor documentation.I was also responsible for product purchase management specific to products from our sister company along with routine purchasing of raw materials & parts required to complete works orders. I carried out regular progress chases of purchase orders & works orders to ensure deadlines were met (or justifiable reason for any delays). As such I was highly involved in stores & stock controlI would support the specialist design engineers with process improvements & new product costings at design stage.Maintenance of capacity planning database was an important part of my role as it was fundamental to ensuring all information available on products was correct & up to date.I would also assist the accounts department with invoice matching & month end reconciliation. .

Upon receipt of orders from the sales department I would arrange scheduling of works to the shop floor dependant on urgency of orders, available materials and current staffing levels. This also had to be finely tuned to ensure minimal machine changeovers leading to lost production tim.I also produced a range of reports with the use of Microsoft to convey information regarding production levels, stock holding and materials quality control which were distributed to managers & directors for analysis with a view to increase productivity and reduce waste.
