My current role requires me to manage a group of people and give them guidance and direction to achieve the task in hand. I also open and close the store, deal with the stores cash, give the best customer service possible, work efficiently and at a fast pace to complete whatever task is at hand.

In this role I worked remotely from home for the UK census answering customer complaints, queries or any sort of question they would have. This role would require patience and good communication skills as sometimes the people on the phone would be angry or unhappy. I would also have to type up what the call was about into a computer at a fast pace.
