Recruited to formulate and execute a viable development, design, and merchandising program for the third and final development phase of the Scottsdale Promenade - an 898,575sf retail project - and to direct leasing on the project's second and third phases.

A member of the four person team responsible for leasing the 505,877sf specialty retail component at The Arizona Mills mall during development and construction. After completion of Arizona Mills, transferred to the Operating Centers division that was responsible for leasing and merchandising the eight existing operating centers and their expansions. Responsible for 163 accounts, generating and negotiating leases for all operating centers within The Mills portfolio.

Directed the development and leasing of neighborhood (grocery anchored), community, and factory outlet retail projects representing development in excess of 1.6 million square feet. The entrepreneurial structure of this mid-sized commercial development firm provided the opportunity to acquire significant competency in all core functional areas of real estate development - acquisition, entitlement, direction and management of architectural and engineering consultants, leasing, marketing, construction, and related legal documentation (leases; purchase and sale agreements; declarations/CC&Rs; development agreements; etc).
