Day to day running of this bar which is housed in a former Lloyds Bank Building in Low Fell Gateshead.

Running a craft beer and pizza bar. Cocktail menu development and design. Lots of beer cocktails

Implementing training sessions and assisting management with daily running tasks. From stock taking to line counts. As well as personal development for other staff members. Cocktail development is also a key part of my position.

Over seeing staff training. Stock control and ordering. Ensuring daily procedures are complete. Opening and closing venue along with floating and cashing up tills.

Mainly in charge of staff training and ensuring that the highest quality of service is given to guests, which would then reflect on a high level of sales. Also involved with social media and customer awareness. Cellar maintenance for craft and cask keg ales

In charge of training, stock takes including Profit and loss. Sales driven to meet budget. Also menu development, cellar and back of house management and general day to day operations.
