I am responsible for 4 bars including the residents' bar at this large 4 star hotel and conference centre. Also look after any mobile bars that we use for functions. No two days are the same as we cater for many different events and conferences, so one day it might be a quiet private dinner for 10 and the next day all bars open plus 2 mobile bars looking after 700 people. All this and overseeing the residents' bar which is open every day and provides table service dining but in a more informal setting to the restaurant.

As Centre Manager I was responsible for the complete centre from day to day running to all Health and Safety. I oversaw 36 members of staff and all of their payroll and HR. Dealt with a very wide spectrum of the public from 5 year old birthday parties to bowling leagues and all their needs and expectations.

Worked as a temporary bar manager and consultant at this pub during its reopening under new management. My role involved offering advice on administrative tasks such as health and safety and fire risk assessments, drinks selection, promotional opportunities, staff training as well as setting appropriate standards behind the bar to ensure customer satisfaction.

As owner and licensee at this popular local pub a little bit of the beaten track in Camden I was responsible for all aspects of the business. This involved all day to day running of the pub from rotaring, serving, and training to financial reporting, payroll and cash flow management. I took care of all marketing and utilising all areas of the pub to bring in revenue whilst maintaining outgoings.

In charge of all aspects of the bar from ordering and stock control through managing the staff so that 400 people were served in a 20 minute interval. As duty manager I was responsible for the whole venue and managing 20 members of staff to provide a top night out for all customers. This included working with the door staff to control any revellers and the flow of people in and out of the property. Also communication between all departments and comics so that the show ran smoothly and without any issues.
