EF has approximately 40,000 staff and 500 offices and schools located in more than 50 countries.In my role as President of Operations at EF, I had overall responsibility for global operations. Over 6 and a half years our traveller volume doubled whilst cost was essentially maintained. With a staff of 80 full time staff and over 1000 contractors cross the globe, I oversaw a dramatic increase in customer satisfaction year on year on year, again, whilst consistently remaining under budget.
