Over the course of my internship, I independently created a new employee orientation program via PowerPoint 365 and Camtasia as well as a current employee training program, both implemented through ZyWave LMS. I used Paycom HRIS to update and manage confidential employee information. I collaborated with Frost Insurance to monitor employee driving records. I also updated various company policy statements and drafted a new employee performance appraisal form.

In my role, I scheduled and supervised day-to-day activities for five week-long sessions of camp per summer.
