Previously working as Head of DACH & Nordics, lead all team operations on roles across DACH & Nordics. Main responsibilities include: 🚀Team Scaling - Assisting in the scaling a team of 4 colleagues to 30+ colleagues; assisting in the launch of 3 major hubs in Germany; LATAM & Indonesia. Developing; implementing & driving internal hiring strategy (labour market forecasting; tailoring interview processes; building candidate journey & experience) across all 3 regions. - Team Management - Leading an international team of 5, ensuring on-going personal development & growth, boost team productivity and delivery on projects. - Client & Account Management - Handling high-value B2B client portfolio across DACH & Nordic regions; ensuring account maintenance & growth. Achieved 120% of DACH annual target 2023; 162% of Q1 2024 target. - Project Management & Recruiting - Management of key recruitment projects - ensuring on-going success and delivery through own executive search / headhunting sourcing methods. Developing brand messaging & team personal branding to increase candidate conversion rate (from cold outreach to confirmed candidate).🏳️‍🌈DE&I - Developing & implementing global DE&I ethos; strategy & training for Avomind; creating diversity events tailored to university students & recent graduates (coaching on how to navigate the job market as a diverse candidate).
