I am a proud Palawa and Gunai Kurnai Aboriginal woman who is passionate about health, equity, inclusion, community services, and sustainability. I believe in the power of storytelling to drive change and understanding, and love sharing my culture with others. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Health Science (Public Health) at Monash University, while working as a Youth Worker for Mullum Mullum Indigenous Gathering Place. This involves supporting Aboriginal youth by connecting them to cultural, educational, and employment opportunities. The role includes organising programs that promote cultural knowledge, leadership, and life skills, while providing mentorship and fostering a strong sense of community.I have expertise in event planning, communications, training coordination, community engagement, and operational diversity advice, and I specialize in building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and fostering conversations that drive positive change. Beyond my professional role, I actively engage in youth-driven initiatives that align with my values and goals, such as the YACVIC Climate Change Youth Expert Advisory Group, CSIRO Young Indigenous Women in STEM Academy, and the Hands on Heart National Youth Voice Conference. I am looking forward to applying my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the health and social sectors.
