•Cross functional team collaboration throughout the business to achieve business goals, & support efficiency throughout, assisting with continuous improvement of SLA’s within the Team•Participation & preparation of supporting documentation for ISO Compliance Audits on processes & procedures, managing periodic reviews to ensure documents are kept up to date•Assistance with SoW & change management adherence processes, Remedy Incident Management & business applications changes•Team collaboration globally through implementation of processes & procedures•Identifying cultural differences through global teams & working within those boundaries•Continuous tracking & review of Company OKR’s to ensure the team achieves defined goals•Continuous review & improvement & documentation of processes & procedures•Arranging & documenting meetings with internal teams / stakeholders & key clients in order to ensure continuous adherence & improvement to service delivery, problem solving & tracking•Preparing & collating presentations/reports, building & maintaining Power BI reports •Providing support & consultation on data produced by the NOC in line with business needs & use. Evaluating any risks or issues that may arise for the NOC or business due to changes or reclassifications to data•Quality checking Post Severity Reports, processing & sign off of data for the business uptime reporting & monthly CEO Company update within deadlines•Management & coordination of admin support & enquiries for Management & Team•Onboarding of new staff, including new employee induction & training•Ensuring Confluence pages are maintained & up to date, creating flow charts & diagrams•Assisting with coordination of travel, as well as managing travel & social budgets•Verifying & approving overtime claims, & following up on any that may be outstanding•Managing shift lists, including cover & standby•Approving & managing leave requests in Workday in line with shift lists & cover schedules
