Position: Cost ManagerOverview: During employment at Fit Out UK, an interiors contracting company based in London I was responsible for the Commercial Management of refurbishment to Tesco Express and Metro Stores. I was involved in the whole process from inception, bid management through to successful handover of stores and agreement of Final Accounts and reporting directly to a Commercial Manager. Individual Schemes ranged in value between £10k to £200k, with an average contract duration of 1-8 weeks.
