Position: Wholesale Sales ClerkJob Role: My current job role, involves working in keys accounts such as House of Fraser, to increase the brands profile. On a day to day basis my role includes: • Merchandising stock to maximize potential sales, taking into accounts factors including weather, slow selling lines and positioning of best sellers.• Designing and implementing staff training programs to roll out throughout multiple stores.• Designing and implementing merchandising guidelines to implement throughout key accounts to maximize sales in multiple stores• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, by taking notes of purchases and sending follow up emails informing them of any other products they maybe interested in, this resulted in repeat sales and brand loyalty and helped contribute to a sharp rise in sales.
