Contracted as the Oaks Park Community Boathouse Manager, responsible for all of the day-to-day operations at the boathouse and coordination between four clubs and private tenants. Regularly report to the board on program status and provide direct customer service to boathouse tenants.-Carefully stewarded resources during the critical early months of the organization to ensure fiscal solvency; increased operating reserves from zero to over $70K.-Worked through four federal, state, and city permit processes over a five year project to successfully permit, fund, repair and move the Oaks Park dock. Met all permit deadlines and completed the project well under the forecasted budget. -Facilitate efficient, productive program meetings and board presentations, ensuring clear communication and timely decision-making.Contracted as the Western Intercollegiate Rowing Association Regatta Director, overseeing all aspects of the largest Collegiate Regatta on the west coast. -Manage membership and entries, work with the venue host and media providers, enforce and interpret regatta bylaws, and serve as the primary point-of-contact for the event.

Online instructor for the USRowing “Level 2” foundation level coaching education course. Teach modules on Coaching Philosophy, Teaching & Learning, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Safety, and more. Serve as a small group discussion facilitator and large group instructor.

Direct strategy, execution, and evaluation of an award winning competitive rowing program, including program planning, management, budgeting, fundraising, logistics, and event management.-Lead a team of ~4 full and part time assistant coaches and ~50 athletes, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews. -Manage the six-figure annual budget, leveraging strategy and creativity to ensure progress towards short- and long-term organizational goals and identifying creative solutions to budget challenges.-Regularly fundraise more than half of the operating budget. -Spearhead community outreach initiatives, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with local and regional rowing clubs and community organizations.-Develop and write targeted communications (email, web, direct mail, social media) to increase team visibility, enhance recruitment efforts, engage donors, and cultivate a broader fundraising base.-Wrote, developed, and implemented a user-friendly, comprehensive safety and emergency management plan that was adopted as a national example in the USRowing Coaching Education curriculum.-Promote campus inclusion and enhance DEI initiatives as a member of the Student Life Diversity Committee and various search committees. Championed unconscious bias awareness by co-creating and launching an online "Understanding Unconscious Bias" training program.-Lead the organization and execution of up to 4 annual rowing regattas consisting of up to 500 participants and 14 schools. Effectively recruited and directed volunteers, serving as the final authority for all event aspects.-Develop training, practice, and work plans for athletes and assistant coaches.-Consistently lead meetings with coaches, captains, team members, and cross-functional departments to enhance productivity, maintain communication, and facilitate collaboration.

Led the team to three consecutive NCAA Championships appearances, finishing 2nd, 4th, and 4th nationally in Division III from 2003-2005.
