I am an experienced Group Manager with knowledge in both the Business/Industry and education sectors. I worked for 5 years within the Lincolnshire Hospital Trust managing a team of 80 staff members. My more recent management roles have given me skills to work with suppliers when creating menus, planning functions, training sessions, budgeting and leadership. Teamwork is of critical importance in commercial catering as this can be a highly pressurised environment.
