- Build and maintain client relationships through different activities (cold calling, networking events, agents/referrers, personal relationships, marketing leads, etc.).- Provide consultation services on the company's products and/or services including immigration, studies etc. to client.- Understand their migration needs, and assist them in the planning/documents process.- Provide the client with information required, such as visa requirements, application processes, properties details etc.- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.

- Create portraits of the target clients and filter in accordance with the strategy at each period, analyze customer reviews and organize customer outreach.- Create and build an information platform about the industry, market, and competitors.- Collect and complete client records and transfer them to the sales team, monitor implementation progress and proactively update information to the management board.- Responsible for answering questions and handling client complaints.- Propose and improve high quality service processes, providing clients with the best service- Perform tasks and prepare reports as requested by the Director.

- Communicate with clients to explore and understand their immigration needs.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.- Analyze the client’s profile and provide strategic advice on immigration programs to clients with viable options and processing steps in detail.- Find and develop partnerships with other RCICs and license recruitment agencies to expand the job list.- Corporate with partners in Canada (other RCICs and recruitment agencies) to arrange a job offer for clients.- Prepare a full package of visitor/study/work permit visa applications including filling out forms, writing explanations, and arranging supporting documents- Support the regulated consultant to prepare relevant documents for complicated cases. - Keep up-to-date with the industry changes and alterations to immigration programs and requirements.- Keep clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicate any foreseeable delay. - Participant in recruitment and networking events.- Support the Executive Director to manage daily operations.- Basic administrative tasks including recording client’s documentation, creating documents to follow and tracking client progress, checking client’s requests, invoice processing, etc.

- Support the sales team to access the client's profile and provide viable immigration options.- Analyze individual financial records and prepare the document checklist for specific immigration programs.- Guide and consult customers to collect necessary documents.- Organize and maintain accurate immigration records of customers.- Work closely with immigration lawyers to prepare documents as requested in order to complete immigration applications.- Review all files periodically to ensure timely applications, submission, and follow-up on all communications regarding to the filed application.- Liaise with immigration lawyers and frequently update customers about the government’s changes in the immigration process and regulations.- Prepare for the customer's immigration interview.- Be responsible for the daily management of the processing team including delegating tasks, overseeing work progress, making work plans…- Be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the team.
