Responsible for planning commercial software solutions, defining product PRD documents, and driving DaaS services, which provided IT staff with tools for monitoring, deployment, and management of PC, notebook, and server devices. The target markets included Southeast Asia, Japan, China, Europe, and the Americas.【Achievement】• Launched a new service model from scratch, integrating business, engineering, and factory production processes, while collaborating with nearly 100 people across departments to achieve successful validation and launch.• Developed 6 types of product roadmaps, resulting in the release of over 10 versions.• Collaborated with sales and FAE teams to validate customer requirements, conducting more than 10 product POC verifications.【Responsibilities】• Planned the IT management solution, driving the adoption of DaaS services for remote monitoring and BIOS configuration of PC, NB, and Server.
