Current- Lead and design site EHS MI plan and goals (Global EHS goal alignment and combine site EHS goal/ Plan (Consider outside topic and site EHS issue to define improvement action items. - Operating Discipline Management System (ODMS) and system (MOC, E&A Tool, ENHASA, Safety on Purpose, QEA, CTT) implementation. (Include Life critical Safety standards)- Planning site EHS activities. (Safety contest, Safety Blitz, EHS sub-team, Safety on Purpose…) Thinking. Thinking. Thinking…..How to do con promote site EHS PERFORMANCE and insure all employee and contractor add safety awareness. Safety awareness from learn EHS standards, SOP, Take5/LoF /STOP, Case study to add EHS Knowledge. Employee and contractor learn all. Therefore, employees and contractors must return to us to learn from them. Let them use and think, EHS is the real implementation to everyone.
