Working as an End Point Assessment Coordinator for Derby College, I have work with different EPAO organisations arrange contracts, organising the End Point Assessment for apprentices. I update cost information, raise PO for payment. I work with people all across the college and external stakeholders.Working in the Youth centre, I work 2 nights a week. 1 night is working in a Link club where we work with young people with learning and disability needs. I am currently working towards a Level 3 in Youth Work. I am a proactive individual and strives to make a difference in people’s lives. In my previous role as a manager I have completed risk assessments, coached, mentored and developed people. I worked for an energy company where I dealt with complaints, billing, metering, sales. I have worked in a customer service environment for over 25 years.
