I also had the opportunity to visit a newly acquired property in a former high street retail premises, where I participated in initial discussions about potential development options. Following this, I attended a meeting with planning consultants to assess the viability of these proposals and whether they aligned with local and national planning policy. I was also asked by the business to review their website and social media content and provide suggestions to enhance their online presence.

Management involved dealing with maintenance requests & issues that arose, arranging contractors to undertake necessary works, collecting rent & ensuring that mandatory annual checks such as gas safety certificates were undertaken promptly. I also undertook several full property renovation projects, organiaed contractors such as electricians, roofers, plumbers and carpet fitters to undertake works and arranged for market appraisals and valuation of the property before sale.
