I also have basic experience with Linux/Unix/Windows systems; however, I am keen to further my knowledge in Information Technology. I have around a year’s experience within the incident/problem management role as well as supporting the change management process. In my spare time I like to build/improve my personal computer by replacing components and modifying various parts of the software. I also perform basic maintenance tasks on various other computers.
