•Responsibility for managing the Hong Kong & the China international trade business which handled the daily shipment from worldwide as well as working with local courier and Air Freight Forwarder monitoring the delivery status.•Dealing with all documentation of Import & Export customs clearance through the Trade Link in Hong Kong.•Resolving daily task and tackling with the irregular shipment which was crushed or damp and should judge to survey or not in time.•Working closely with the sales, purchase and warehouse team to ensure all shipments delivery on time and tracking the progress.•Calculating the freight fee at the end of the month and make a cost analysis report which provides the sales and purchase team to estimate the transportation cost of the goods accurately for lunch month.•Reimbursing and accounting each payment application to the Finance Department.

• Assisting the sales team about the shipping job which arranged the daily shipment through the DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and Air Freight Forwarder.• Handling the international trade matters of Export customs clearance, RMA management, track shipment and applying the Certificate of Origin.• Coordinating with the sales team to schedule the shipment on time every week.• The else responsibility for the shipment packed, labeled, strapped and annual stocking in Logistics Department of Warehouse.
