Supporting the Kiwibank network infrastructure to facilitate delivery of applications to our customers and internal stakeholders. Kiwibank has a large, multi-vendor environment with additional complexities created by the tight compliance rules in the banking sector and the organisation’s ownership history. Currently most of my time is spent working on networking products by Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet and Citrix.

-Provided tier 3 support for WAN solutions consumed by Spark’s managed network customers across the Enterprise and Government markets.
