For Patient Safety & QualityPrimarily responsible for all aspects of quality and patient safety the MHA. Responsible for laboratory operations from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Direct supervision of technical and non-technical personnel. Additionally responsible for staff scheduling, and policy development and initiation.

Performed chemical analysis of patient specimens, instrument maintenance, and quality control monitoring as well as general inventory control for chemistry department. Additional responsibility included clinical instruction of Medical Technology interns during their chemistry rotation.
