A short but successful and progressive career in the Armed Forces. I earnt my place in the reconnaissance platoon, which was a great feat, as it is one of the most arduous internal courses available to the infantry. I was given the role of point man, or lead scout, for my section and platoon. Often left alone in small man teams away from the rest of the unit, which required every individual to have a high level of discipline, ability, and fitness. My roles and responsibilities included being able to accurately record and present data while being out in the field, whether that was in front of high-ranking officers, or simply to my colleagues.I completed the Pashto interpreters course as part of a PDT package.Conducted various UK mainland duties including support the NATO Summit 2014, where I was given increased responsibility.
