- Responsible for a group of 10 children aged 7-9 years throughout the summer. This involved the design and implementation of weekly agendas, whilst also providing 24-hour care to the youngest campers on the site.- Would regularly communicate with parents regarding their child’s progress and wellbeing, which allowed for a better understanding of the specific needs of each child and cater to them accordingly.- One of the highlights of this experience was being given the responsibility to lead and monitor a large group of children on a field trip to Broadway in New York City.
