In this time I developed a train plan that was widely known between the staff by creating a rewards leader board where staff were given the drive to be on top each week. The points system would work based on motivation, work ethic and staff performance on shift, along with points for gaining skills such as cocktail, coffee and keg room training. This created a self training system where staff were asking staff to train each other and this was all undertake during the pack down.
