Working at the ppp3 site on the victrex plant in Fleetwood. Instalation of carbon and stainless upto 6" schedule 80.

Working nightshift on Runcorn TPS waste to energy new build power station, consisting of the fabrication and instalation of pipework in either the fabrication shop or on site. Ranging from 1" carbon to 14" carbon heavy wall including jacketed pipework.October 2013: Transferred on to air products, north tees. Worked mainly on the pipe bridges working with carbon and stainless steel pipe up to 36".

Based in the fabrication shop, work consists of all aspects of pipework using either carbon steel or stainless steel.

Construction of the Britannia Long Term Compression Unit consisting of fabrication and installation of various size and schedule pipework.Sub contracted to IKM Testing to carry out the punch listing of pipelines, pre test checks, pressure testing, re installation and commissioning after test work has been carried out.

Fine Organics

Working on fine organics seal sands, fabricating and installing various size pipework then working in fabrication shop in billingham mainly working with carbon steel with some 316 stainless spools as well.

Grangemouth, Scotland.

Working at the ineos oil refinery in grangemouth scotland based on the kg flex project fabricating carbon and stainless steel spools ranging from schedule 40 up to xxs.

Stavanger Area, Norway

Sub contracted to fabricom gdf suez in a fabrication shop, fabricating spools for offshore rigs in a range of sizes and materials from schedule 10 upto xxs and ranging from 3/4 to 12" pipe in carbon, duplex and super duplex.

Ssi Restart Project

Fabrication and instalation of small & large nominal bore carbon steel pipe either off isometric drawings or site measure. Patching up/renewing badly corroded pipework and replacing valves.

Work on multiple sites around Teesside and Seal Sands, also worked on Bramall Oil Terminal. Consisting of fabrication instalation and commissioning.

Pre shutdown and shutdown work on BOC teesport.

Renew bank of boiler tubes in Wilton wmps power station.

T8 cat recovery project, various Wilton link line jobs, px gasses seal sands,yorwaste site in Scarborough, ensus bio ethanol project, Wilton WMPS power station. These jobs consisted of fabrication installation and hydrostatic pressure testing of small and large nominal bore carbon and stainless steel pipe.

Neta/ Hartlepool College

First year apprentice at NETA training, 2 weeks in the workshop followed by 2 weeks at college throughout the year. After one year I had achieved an NVQ Level 2 installing plant and systems, also completed all college work for the remainder of the apprenticeship.
