Eversight’s mission is to transform pricing and promotions for the $3.4 trillion spent in consumer goods retail. The Eversight platform brings AI and continuous experimentation to brands and retailers to power pricing and promotions.

Managed execution of price, promotion, and assortment research with CPG and retail clients and deliver insights. Broad pipeline prioritization to nuanced price pack architecture. Worked cross-functionally with internal Analytics, Design, Sales, and Product teams to design custom research approaches. Coached and developed two Analyst direct reports.

Led project execution through final results delivery, and managed client timelines to consistently deliver against internal financial milestones. Created report plan, analyzed results, and summarized key learnings for all levels of review. Pulled Nielsen Answers (AOD) data to guide category recommendations, based on in-market sales and observed distribution trends.

Executed client innovation research from project kickoff: survey writing, exercise programming, report creation, and initial results insights. Managed internal project timelines (e.g. analytics and fielding phases) and coordinated work with external vendors. Managed two consecutive summer intern programs, successfully placing both individuals with full-time roles at Nielsen post graduation.

Programmed innovation research in concept studio platform, exploring wide concept and design spaces. Output results using Excel and PowerPoint workbook tools. Maintained high quality, error-free data analysis and clear results visualization. Affinnova was acquired by Nielsen in October, 2014.

Led team of 6 interns in collaboration with project managers. Analyzed data from over 3000 Employee Benefits surveys (Excel based), and identified trends to improve employee retention and performance. Researched innovative biometric sensor technologies for Android emotion management application. Drew up potential business positioning strategies, and performed simple experiments to determine product feasibility. Managed team of engineering interns to create physical prototype for testing. Presented consumer research findings and functioning prototypes to State Farm executive panels. Issued Vehicle Operator Emotion Management System and Method Patent on September 10, 2015.
