Working in partnership with the Passenger Services and Operations Management teams, to ensure the operational stability for the whole ground handling service provided to customer airlines which included EasyJet, Ryan Air, Flybe and Private Executive airlines.

Manage resource requirements for day-to-day operations required to ensure on-time performance targets are met. This is achieved with my strong working relationship with all airport personnel, both within my operations area and all customer facing interactions.

Trained at Gatwick and Stansted Airports in all aspects of Airside operation and safety. This included: VHF radio operation, Aircraft movement using Tugs, Aircraft de-icing using various de-icing rigs, and baggage security, specifically safety screening. Compliant usage of airside vehicles that assist in the daily running of ground control operations.

Initially working instore carrying out day to day tasks, I progressed to online delivery driver after gaining my full driving licence.
