- Manage, maintain and update all PMFC digital and social media platforms.- Provide all VFL Men’s game day social media coverage.- Liaise with VFL staff and personnel to handle associated queries, content requests and broadcast requirements.- Collation and distribution of ‘Borough Beat’ newsletter on a weekly basis to members, players and officials.- Collate and distribute all website news, statements, releases and feature articles on behalf of the club – including the capture… Show more - Manage, maintain and update all PMFC digital and social media platforms.- Provide all VFL Men’s game day social media coverage.- Liaise with VFL staff and personnel to handle associated queries, content requests and broadcast requirements.- Collation and distribution of ‘Borough Beat’ newsletter on a weekly basis to members, players and officials.- Collate and distribute all website news, statements, releases and feature articles on behalf of the club – including the capture of suitable imagery.- Write detailed weekly match reports for publication on the club website.- Management of the club’s ‘Borough TV’ YouTube channel, including conducting, editing and publishing relevant interviews with players and coaches.- Assist in the delivery and operation of club functions and events; including President’s Luncheons prior to the club’s ten home games per season.- Assist in food and beverage fulfilment and delivery in preparation for game days/club functions.- Develop and maintain strategies for the ongoing expansion of the membership base of the club.- Develop membership strategies utilising internal/external resources (where necessary), to enhance and create attractive and value based membership packages.- Assist with the research, development and promotion programs that improve ROI on game day operations.- Per the above ensure the clubs media and communication programs are maximised.- Assist the General Manager, CEO and Board to develop and introduce strategies aimed at improving the clubs, commercial activities and return on investment. - Collaborate with club apparel supplier/s and Football Manager to develop an appropriate range of products for the Football Department and for commercial sales via members, sponsors and supporters.- Respond and action telephone and in person queries.- Process and distribute all club memberships.- Provide overall administrative assistance to the General Manager as required.
