As an Operations and Account Manager, I oversee critical functions that drive our wholesale business forward. My responsibilities include managing sales and purchasing activities and developing accurate forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels. I ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of wholesale orders, from receipt to delivery, while optimizing LTL freight movements to control shipping costs and enhance delivery efficiency. I handle billing and invoicing for key accounts, maintaining strong relationships with over 30 clients and delivering exceptional customer service. I also strategize and execute pricing for new products and create and manage product information and sales materials to support successful launches. Additionally, I provide prompt technical and customer support and manage our B2B website providing accurate product information, resources, and account data to reduce friction and drive sales. I develop insightful Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision-making for key stakeholders. Furthermore, I am involved in vetting and onboarding new dealers to ensure they meet our standards and achieve success within our network.

As a Communications Officer, I held various leadership positions with increasing responsibilities in unit readiness, project management, strategic planning, and information and data management.

I served for five summers as a lifeguard at Crane Beach on the Crane Estate. As a lifeguard I provided rescue and first aid services to patrons, enforced policies of the property, and ensured general order of the beachfront.In times of need I served as head lifeguard, performed pre-season setup, opening and closing procedures, in-season maintenance of equipment, and enforced rules of the wildlife sanctuaries on the property.
