CurrentMr. Wiley has over 25 years experience as a consultant and with state and federal agencies in coastal resource assessment and environmental regulatory permitting in South Florida.Mr. Wiley is a member of CZR’s Senior Environmental Staff and has over 24 years experience in resource management, environmental regulation, and environmental analysis in Indiana, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Mr. Wiley’s principal expertise is wetland ecology, ornithology, and endangered wildlife biology. He has seven years experience as an educator in the biological sciences and over three years experience as an interpretive naturalist in Florida state parks, specializing in resource management. Mr. Wiley frequently directs and performs wetland delineation, permitting, endangered species surveys, technical document preparation, and mitigation planning associated with development permitting. He has produced self-guided trail brochures and illustrated lectures in ecology from his extensive wildlife photography in over thirty countries. Mr. Wiley has twenty years experience with CZR Incorporated as a Senior Environmental Scientist, is currently Technical Director for South Florida, and performs corporate office management duties as Vice President
