My partner, Greg Pitts, and I operate as Panoramic Advisors, focusing on real estate in general and on the hotel, resort, and mixed-use sectors in particular. I previously ran the Lodging, Gaming and Leisure investment banking group at Bank of America Securities, and Greg has raised a wide range of debt and equity capital for hospitality and real estate projects in the western U.S. and Mexico over the past 20 years. As a sector-specific investment banking team, we take on engagements in which we advise sponsors, developers and owners on overall strategy and capital structure, and then raise all types of capital for development and acquisition projects.
