Sams background has always been with sports coaching and development. During his studies, Sam spent time working with professional sport and governing institutes in the UK specialising in coaching development and performance. Since joining Impact in 2012, Sam has spent time delivering and designing customised experiential leadership development solutions for many of Impacts clients. Sam's work has taken him across Europe, India and Australia, where he spent time living on the Northern Beaches of Manly, working with Impacts ASPAC clients. More recently Sam has developed a partnership of Impact called ‘Eclipse Sports Performance’ working with elite athletes and teams to maximise performance and wellbeing through experiential learning in the outdoors. Now based at Impacts HQ in the Lake District, UK.
